Em Bordéus, como vos disse, aproveitei para ir ao spa e relaxar um pouco. E foi a desculpa perfeita para utilizar os meus bikinis novos da Berlook! Acabei por escolher os monocromáticos com um pequeno toque.

Falei-vos da marca num outro post. E para além de gostar visualmente dos produtos e achar que o racio qualidade-preço é muito bom, confesso que o que mais me seduziu mais foi o compromisso com a sustentabilidade. Todas as peças que escolhi são certificadas GRS (Global Recyclage Standard) visto serem compostas de maioritariamente poliamide reciclado.

O que acham das minhas escolhas?

In Bordeaux, as I told you, I took the chance to go to the spa and relax a bit. And it was the perfect opportunity to wear my new Berlook bikinis! I went for the monochromatics with a little touch.

I spoke to you about the brand in another post. Besides liking the products visually and thinking the quality-price racio is very good, I confess what seduced me the most was the compromise with sustainability. All the pieces I chose are GRS (Global Recyclage Standard) certified, given that they are composed of mostly recycled polyamide.

What do you think about my choices?

Red Bikini

Começo com o meu favorito! Gosto dele especialmente pelo top. Sempre achei que o top tipo twist lisonjeia todos os tipos de corpos. Além disso, o twist dá o toque diferente à peça, o que eu adoro. Escolhi em vermelho porque é normalmente uma cor que fica bem na minha pele clara mas o bikini existe em várias cores!

Em relação ao tamanho, escolhi um XS em ambas as peças. Vejo alguns comentários que dizem que as peças são ligeiramente grandes para o tamanho que é indicado mas para mim resultou a 100%. No entanto, aconselho-vos a consultar a tabela de medidas se quiserem ter a certeza.

Starting with my favorite! I especially like it because of the top. I always thought the twist top type was flattering for all body types. Besides, I think the twist gives a different touch to the piece, which I love. I chose the red because it is usually a color that goes well with my light skin but the bikini exists in so many other colors!

Sizewise, I chose an XS for both pieces. I saw some comments say that the pieces run slightly big but for me it was fine. I still advise you to check the size conversion table if you want to be sure.

Black Bikini

A minha segunda escolha foi este bikini preto e branco. Queria um bikini preto há algum tempo mas gostei sobretudo do facto de este ser um pouco diferente dos outros e ter os contornos em branco. Gosto muito dele mas não o acho tão lisonjeador como o vermelho.

Uma vez mais, tamanho XS para as duas peças e é o tamanho perfeito!

My second choice was this black and white bikini. I wanted a black bikini for some time now but I especially liked the fact that this one is a bit different from the others given the white outlines. I like it a lot but I do not find it as flattering as the red one.

Once again I went for the size XS and it was the perfect one!

Bordeaux Randoms

Bonjour! Preparados para outro photo dump? Passei o fim-de-semana em Bordéus por isso voltei com muitas memórias de luz filmada ♥.

O que podemos dizer desta cidade? Bom, podemos começar pelo óbvio: é uma região vinícola muito famosa em França! Por isso, visitar a Cité du Vin era obrigatório. O que explica a quantidade de garrafas que vêm em algumas fotos! Também obrigatório: comer os cannelés de Bordeaux (o bolo típico de lá). Delicioso! E um must-do para mim, como sempre: andar pela cidade, aproveitar a comida local, observar os costumes das pessoas e mergulhar em história. Akém disso, nunca digo que não a um bom pequeno-almoço de hotel. Por acaso ficámos num hotel muito bom por isso aproveitei para ir ao spa e relaxar um pouco.

Bonjour ! Ready for another photo dump? I spent the weekend in Bordeaux so I come back with a lot of recorded-light memories ♥.

So what can we say about this city? Well, we can start by the obvious: it is a very famous wine region from France! So of course visiting La Cité du Vin was mandatory. That explains the amount of bottles you see in some pictures! Also mandatory: eating the cannelés de Bordeaux (their typical cake). Delicious! A must do for me, as always: walking around the city, enjoying the local food, observing people’s costums and get immersed in history. Other than that, I never say no to a good hotel breakfast. We actually stayed in a very nice hotel so I got the chance to spend some time in the spa and relax for a bit.

COUR DAMOYE

Cour Damoye, 11éme arrondissement

Mesmo depois de 2 anos e meio a viver nesta cidade, ainda me impressiono com certos cantinhos que descubro. A Cour Damoye é uma via privada mesmo pertinho da Bastilha e é caracterizada pelo charme pitoresco que vêm nas fotos. Encontrei-a por acaso, num dos meus passeios pela cidade. E parei para tirar estas fotos porque a achei demasiado amorosa! Ainda por cima, vazia. O que é raro em Paris! Uma loja de arte, muitas plantas e uma fonte antiga com uma linda estátua – a adicionar à vossa lista caso gostem destes recantos perdidos.

Even after two years of living in this city, I am still amazed by certain corners I find. The Cour Damoye is a private route very close to Bastille and it is characterized by its pictoresc charm. I found it by mistake in one of my walks around the city. So I stopped to take this pictures because I found it so lovely! And empty. Which is very rare in Paris! An art store, a lot of plants and an ancien fountain with a beautiful statue – add it to your list if you like this lost nooks.
